-Orders will take 1 to 2 business days to process and ship.  All orders will be shipped via USPS Certified mail.  Signature of proof of delivery will be required by USPS.  Orders unsigned for will be left at the local Post Office.  Spa Castle will not be responsible for unclaimed orders.

- To pick up an order purchased PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 23, you MUST present a printed copy of the Email Confirmation and valid Photo ID.  Without both, Spa Castle will not release any orders.  You may redeem your order at our Information Desk between the hours of *10am to 7pm*.

 - No extensions, refunds, or exchanges will be issued on any Gift Certificates.  Spa Castle will not be responsible for any lost Gift Cards or Gift Certificates.

-  By purchasing these tickets you are agreeing to follow Spa Castle policies, stated on our website, www.nyspacastle.com and found upon entrance.  Please do not hesitate to contact us for questions regarding our policies.

- Spa Castle will hold all orders for a maximum of 30 days. Failure to redeem orders within this time frame leaves the risk of lost or discarded orders, without refund.

- Reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited. Spa Castle reserves the right to void any Gift Certificates suspect of this and deny the purchaser the right to purchase any more certificates.

- Suspicious transactions will be automatically refunded back onto the card, and orders put back into inventory.

- Spa Castle reserves the right to deny the purchase of any order and/or require additional information before releasing any orders.

- Prices of services are subject to change, without advance notice.  Customers will be able to used purchased gift certificates, and will be responsible for the difference in price.

**Please note that the pre-purchase of Gift Certificates is not required.  Everything can be paid for on premises, by either cash or credit.
